Commissions Terms and Conditions / Kiriban

So this kinda has slipped my mind, but I'm hoping you guys who have commissioned me previously & those who may commission me in the future will agree to these terms. <3 [ It's going to be a bit long ]

Terms and Conditions

I'd first like to make it clear that although you are the commissionee, keep in mind you do not OWN the image and do not have exclusive rights to reproduce the image commercially in any way or mass produce unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Please do not print the commission out and distribute as cards to sell or give away
• Do not claim the drawing as your own
• Do not erase my signature
• If you use this image on the internet please credit & link back to me
• Only for private use


Commission General Details
I don't really know what to name this, but this is just explaining what i will and will not draw

• Original characters & fanart of existing characters are accepted provided that there is no

- Nudity
- Hentai
- Furries

etc, if you are unsure feel free to note me

• When requesting a quote / commission please provide the following details

- What you would like drawn
- How many characters
- What style (currently accepting aliens only)
- & other specific details
- Provide reference images if there any as this will greatly improve the time taken to complete the commission

Prices
Prices are dependent on what you want drawn - best to note to find out more details

Payment

• Commissions are Paypal only. D.A Points and other methods will not be accepted at this stage
• I do not accept requests or art trades at this stage
• Commissions will be calculated in AU dollars and will be requested upon completion of a sketch

Shipping & Digital Sending

• Commissions will be sent digitally and also via post
• Your digital copy will have no watermarks
• The digital copy is exclusively for private use only, preferably digital use only - these files are only a fraction of the original file and if you seek to print it out it will be quite pixelated
• Shipped items will all come handpackaged
• If you need an additional copy I am happy to provide as long as you request before I post your image (additional costs apply)
